For decades, the MeikoVet clinic Lenzburg has established itself as a trusted point of contact for pet owners in Lenzburg and the surrounding region. The clinic is managed by Dr. med. vet. Dajana Birk together with head veterinary practice assistant Janine Lehner. Our broadly positioned team offers comprehensive general veterinary care – from preventive check-ups and vaccinations to modern diagnostics and individualized treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Particular expertise includes internal medicine, dermatology, nutritional advice, and growth monitoring for puppies and young dogs, as well as homeopathy and phytotherapy. In addition, the clinic offers laser therapy as a supportive treatment method. Soft-tissue and emergency surgery, complex orthopedic procedures, and modern dentistry are also part of the clinic’s services. For rapid diagnostics, X-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory are available directly on site. If inpatient care is required, dogs and cats are cared for in separate areas. A calm, empathetic, and as stress-free as possible approach to our animal patients is an important part of our daily work.

The clinic is here for you and your pet – from initial preventive care and medical support throughout all stages of life to more advanced assessments and treatments. Our veterinary clinic in Lenzburg is also easy to reach for pet owners from the surrounding area. Our catchment area includes, among others, Staufen, Niederlenz, Seon, Rupperswil, Schafisheim, Möriken-Wildegg, Othmarsingen, Hendschiken, Ammerswil and Egliswil, as well as other localities in the Lenzburg region and the Seetal. Can’t make your appointment?
In this case, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and for surgery appointments at least 48 hours, so that the reserved time does not have to be charged. Weekends and public holidays are not included. Thank you.

No payment on account: We ask you to pay for our services, medicines and PET store items immediately in cash or by card. In emergencies, an additional emergency fee is charged.

Senior Check-Up Campaign for Dogs and Cats

Do you have a senior dog or cat at home?
Have you ever considered a senior check-up?

As with us humans, the risk of age-related ailments increases in our dogs and cats as they get older. Therefore, the motto is “Prevention – Recognition – Treatment”. The good news is that many diseases can be treated. However, since many symptoms remain hidden for a long time, it is important for older animals to have regular check-ups with the vet.

The senior check includes:

Thorough general examination
Blood test
Blood pressure measurement in cats
Urine test in dogs
Detailed discussion of the results

To make an appointment and to find out in detail which examinations are performed, please contact your MeikoVet clinic. Depending on the findings, further examinations may be recommended, but these are not included in the senior check-up.

The MeikoVet clinic Lenzburg is managed by Dr. med. vet. Dajana Birk, with a focus on internal medicine and Fear-Free certification, together with head veterinary practice assistant Janine Lehner. Within the clinic’s versatile team, med. vet. Carlos Brandau contributes particular experience in soft-tissue and emergency surgery, complex orthopedic operations, and modern dentistry. Med. vet. Manuela Farner, together with veterinary practice assistant Pia Bieri, focuses among other things on nutritional advice and growth curves for puppies and young dogs. Pia Bieri also oversees the laser therapy area. Manuela Farner is additionally active in the field of homeopathy. Med. vet. Simonetta Cator Stirnemann complements the clinic’s range of expertise with her focus areas of dermatology and phytotherapy. Together with our veterinary practice assistants and trainees, they form a dedicated team that is committed to the health of our animal patients with extensive expertise and heart.
