Transparency & quality – for your pet’s well-being

Our prices are based on the individual effort involved as well as the materials, medications, and equipment used. Every treatment is carefully tailored to your pet – because no two patients are the same.

A key part of our quality is our modern medical equipment. This includes – depending on the location and treatment – gentle inhalation anesthesia as well as comprehensive anesthesia monitoring, which we use to continuously monitor important vital parameters during a procedure. This technology allows for significantly higher safety and better control of the anesthesia – a decisive advantage for your pet’s well-being.

Furthermore, we continuously invest in the education and further training of our entire team. This ensures that we always work according to current medical standards and can incorporate new findings directly into our treatments.

Especially with frequently requested services such as neutering, it becomes clear how much quality can vary. While the price is often the primary point of comparison, factors such as the anesthesia method, monitoring, pain management, and aftercare play a decisive role in your pet’s safety and well-being. Our goal is not to offer you the cheapest solution, but the most medically sound and safest one.

Since we consciously take the time for a thorough examination and treatment and work with high-quality equipment, our services in certain areas may be slightly above average. This difference is part of our quality promise: your pet should receive the best possible care – with patience, diligence, and personal attention.

Of course, we will inform you transparently in advance about the expected costs and discuss the most sensible treatment options together. Feel free to talk to us at any time – we will advise you openly, clearly, and individually.

Payment options in our practices

Payment is made directly after the treatment.
You can conveniently pay by cash or with a debit or credit card.

Cancellations

Things can always come up – we naturally understand that.
If you can’t make it to an appointment, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as early as possible:

at least 24 hours in advance for regular appointments
at least 48 hours in advance for surgeries

This allows us to offer the reserved time to another animal.
For very short-term cancellations, the scheduled time may be invoiced.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Insurance for your pet

Health or accident insurance can be sensible for your pet. This way, you are better protected financially in the event of an illness or an emergency.

One possible solution is pet insurance from Calingo. It offers comprehensive protection for dogs and cats of all breeds – with no age limit.

Additionally, pet owners benefit from a special offer: for animals up to 5 years of age, free insurance coverage is possible for 30 days.
