The place of work is our MeikoVet small animal practice in St. Gallen. The practice was newly built in 2023 and offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and diagnostic capabilities (digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, etc.). The practice is led by an experienced and skilled veterinarian and has built up a loyal customer base. Clients appreciate the loving care and competent veterinary medical services.
Our aim is to offer our customers a wide range of services, but in a personal and loving environment.
In these areas you will be able to take on responsibility:
- Consultation Assistance
- Competent customer care at reception and on the phone
- Various administrative tasks for smooth operations
- Anesthesia monitoring and post-operative patient care
- Independent performance of laboratory work
- Support in treating emergency patients and subsequent care of inpatients
You have completed professional training as a veterinary practice assistant, enjoy working with four-legged friends and their owners, as well as organizing practice procedures. Additional competencies (e.g., VAT, TDA, or vocational trainer) are a plus, but we also welcome colleagues with little experience who want to develop. We are also willing to support our employees in their further training.
